We do not offer extended warranties directly, but with with most computer manufacturers, such as Lenovo, you can always purchase an extended warranty directly through them up until the original warranty expiration date.
Can you repair my computer? Do you perform Warranty service?
Unfortunately no - we are not a repair center, only a retail outlet. You will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer for repair/warranty service and support. For Lenovo repairs, you can call 877-453-6686 (open 24/7!).
Why don't you carry more models?
We only carry models that we feel we can have the absolute best price on. If you find one of our same models for a lower total price, just let us know and we may be able to match it for you! (total price of competitor item = cost of item + shipping if applicable + sales tax if applicable. Item must be in stock.)
Do you have any discounts, promo codes, quantity discounts or student discounts?
Our prices on our website are our best prices, therefore we do not have any additional discounts or coupons at any time. We prefer to give everyone the same access to the lowest price we can offer.
Can you make modifications to computers, such as adding additional RAM, upgrading Windows, or upgrading the hard drive?
No - we only sell the retail computers as configured.
Where do you ship? Do you ship international?
We ship to the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses due to Signature Requirements for high value packages. How fast do you ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1 Business Day after the order is placed, and arrive to the customer 4-7 business days after the order is placed (free shipping). Upon checking out, you have the option of choosing a faster 3, 2, and overnight delivery option for your order as well.
Why do you only accept payment through Paypal?
We use Paypal for two reasons: (1) To protect our customer's financial information - by using Paypal as our merchant processor through our website, we NEVER see or have access to a customer's payment information at all. What's up with your "Everything Else" category that I sometimes see? It seems to have miscellaneous items in it?
That's right - it's basically our "Everything Else" category. While we specialize in computers, we also have other retail stores that carry everything from home audio products to toys and games. When we come across some exceptional products and prices that we can pass along, we'll list them in that section. If you do not see an Electronics category, we have nothing in stock at this time that would fit that particular category.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
