At this time we only ship directly to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Standard Shipping is ALWAYS free! Most in-stock items ship within 1 Business Day after the order is placed, and arrive in 4-7 business days, depending on how close you are to our shipping location in Maryland. Upon checking out, you have the option of choosing a faster 3, 2, and overnight delivery option for your order as well. Most orders if received by 1pm EST will ship out the same business day (this is not guaranteed - but we strive to get the orders out in that timeframe). You will receive a tracking number at this time, and most of our items ship with a Signature Required upon delivery due to the value of the item. For our international customers - While we do not ship directly international ourselves, there are options. Many of our customers use freight forwarding services, in which we ship to a freight forwarder in the US, and then in turn ship it to the international buyer. This is generally not an expensive service, especially since we ship to the US freight forwarder for free. While we do not have direct recommendations for freight forwards, you can easily look them up online and contact them for a quote. We also ship international from many of our Ebay listings using the Ebay Global Shipping Program, in which we ship the item to Ebay, and Ebay ships it to the international customer. You can view our Ebay listings by simply clicking on the Ebay logo at the top of the page. The shipping and customs taxes, if any, are collected by Ebay and shown on the Ebay item page.
Due to signature requirements for high value items, we cannot ship to APO/AFO addresses. We suggest these customers order their item to a friend or relative in the US, who can then ship them the item.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 3% merchant processing charge that we pay to the payment processor even on refunds. You may return defective items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund**. We do reserve the right to charge restocking fees on opened, unwanted returns to help offset the cost of having to re-sell the item as Refurbished/Used, or on defective returns greater than 14 days. Our standard restocking fee is 20%, but may be higher if the item or packaging is returned damaged or missing, missing any of the original contents, or if a different operating system was installed. Computers must be returned with their original retail boxes.

For computers, we encourage you to visit a local store to try out a particular or similar model you may be interested in prior to making an online purchase - many people have different needs and expectations when it comes to computers, and such a large purchase should not be made without first trying the system to be sure it is to your liking.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Buyer is responsible for getting warranty service in the event of any issues, even if upon receipt of the item - we will not refund the international cost of shipping, or of return shipping, or of any taxes or import duties paid, for international orders for any reason. International buyer assumes all risk and responsibility, and it is up to the buyer to be sure that they can get warranty service prior to purchasing an item. International buyers can return items at their expense. This only applies to international orders.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 business days of us receiving a returned item. Your refund will go back to your original form of payment - note that this make take 3-5 business days depending on your bank / credit card.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please return any items exactly as received, inside a shipping box. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
